One of the house's highlights is its location right next to the horse paddocks, giving you a front-row seat to watch the horses grazing peacefully—it's such a calming view that really adds to the overall tranquility.

The home features a refreshing plunge pool and a spacious pool deck where you can cool off, soak up the sun, or simply unwind with a good book. On each of the two floors, you’ll find a lovely balcony—great for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying the sunset. The upper floor offers an especially beautiful look out point of the surrounding nature and paddocks.

The house comes with everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen, a small fridge, and a water dispenser. The bedroom features a luxuriously comfortable king-size bed. It's a perfect mix of comfort, relaxation, and the simple joys of life by the paddocks.
